Best Choice Products review: inversion table sku: sky83

I had this table shipped to my home (order #: [protected]). Upon assembling the unit, I realized that there were parts missing that were essential to completing the assembly. I have made numerous attempts to contact their Customer Service Department, to no avail. No one will respond to my emails and/or phone calls. I only want the missing parts shipped so I can use the product.
