Bershka review: Employees

Good evening!

I had a very bad experience this evening into your store at 21:10, Bucharest, Megamall location!

I wanted to buy a jacket suit and the employee told me very rude that she doesn't want to undress the mannequin to give me the product! I have told her again that i love the jacket and if it is for sale, i want it to buy it, and she answered me very arrogant and defiant: "if you want it, come tomorrow!" I felt very bad and i said i want to speak with her supervisor and after that a guy came and he told me he is the supervisor, his name is Stoica Dragos and i have told him what happend there and he told me the same story, he told me that they doesn't want to undress the mannequin today to sell me the jacket, to come in other day! And i had to go, i left sad with no jacket! Why is this happening? I am very sad, it is the second day of the year and i wanted to buy that beautiful jacket, why they behaved like this to me? Why do you allow them to treat the customers this way?
