Berrada Properties made a terrible mistake by causing mice and rat infestation, Youssef 'Joe' Berrada power is causing a menace in the City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin by causing mice and rat infestation in the Avenues West, Merrill Park, Concordia neighborhoods! Making money off of poor black people who are on Social Security and on low income so that he can pay for his mortage for his big house/mansion in Mequon, Wisconsin! Youseff 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties causes chaos in all those Milwaukee neighborhoods and in all three Milwaukee neighborhoods. Berrada has backstabbed tenants behind their backs just to get ahead and to get what they want! This sick property management is infecting Mexican people and co-workers with greed and corruption. Black tenants are being abandoned and Their dreams are left to die! They will be shut down. Do not rent and apply at Berrada Properties, because they are sick, twisted and corrupted! They are costing good tenants their apartments. They buying apartments in Milwauke, Wisconsin that was owned Jomela Properties, Alliance/Anchor of Milwaukee LLC and Karademas Enterprises LLC. They will screw you like they did Dalyvette Baez Ramos and the other black tenants. Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not trust them, Because they are not worth renting to in the future!
