Berger Chevrolet 2017 Chevy Impala Premier 3.6L AC Evap Core Leaking

This vehicle was purchased brand new from above Dealer in 2017. No issues until now when the AC stopped working. Had it diagnosed by certified technician and found out the AC Evap core is leaking and has leaked all the coolant out.

We have found a couple Service Bulletins on this issue, but Berger says there are not any bulletins and they will not cover any costs. This vehicle has only 32,880 miles on it and is in super shape.

Desired outcome: Cover some or all of the costs of repair !
