-Joined BeeFlyz holiday tour with my family members
-Appreciate to travel with a Local tour Guide to accompany us to Chong Qing.
-A photographer (tour guide) too committed in taking photos for participants but known to conduct "barter trade" when taking photos for members on the basis "get your photos from him in return for good reviews" after the tour.
All photos taken must be forwarded to individual members as they possessed
"copy rights" over them.
-Company render a good composition in itinerary items with room for improvements in quality such as 2 nights in the plane seems tiring.
-Looking forward to China Tours.
Recommendation: 9 days 7 nights in Chong Qing can be shorten to 7D5N for the optimum stay in Chong Qing.

I have make a booking to travel to Japan on 25 December 2019 with the Bee Flyz Holiday via Airasia. My husband has slipped disc on 18/11/2019 which he was unable to move, he had an operation. On 20/11/19, the same issue came back and going to arrange another operation.
Doctor said he cannot travel at all as the disc will slip again.
Here I would like to file a report but the travel agent didnt want to provide me the booking number as it is a group tour and my family name have not been submit.
We would like to travel again after my husband fully recover, thus, asking favour to hold our tickets with airasia . Please advise for a better solution.

During the tour , the tour guides are helpful and experience. All of us were greatful and the history explained by the tour guide was excellent. The services given by the tour guide were overwheming.
