I went into Best to specifically purchase accessories after remodeling my home... Becks was advertising an "Emergency Sell-off." When I walked in, I was greeted by both a male and female salesperson... when I asked about pricing since the sale prices were not reflecting the "emergency sell-off" prices I was told that depending on what I wanted they would tell me the price... When I found two pieces, I wanted to purchase I went thru 5 salespersons - none assisting because the "person" who spoke with me at the door was my salesperson and I had to wait until he was done with other customers... ridiculous! There were salespersons walking around with no customers, but they all refused to help me because of this policy. One sales lady finally helped me after she "got permission" but hurried me along because she had another customer. The Cashier was exceptional and very courteous... But when I left the girl at the door said "have a nice day" to which I calmly replied, I did not have the best experience and won't be coming back... this woman started raising her voice stating "don't get nasty with me, I didn't do anything to you... to which I replied that I was only telling her my experience. I went back in and complained to the manager... needless to say on my way out again this same sales lady continued to raise her voice calling me angry and that I attacked her. Another male salesperson came over and told her to STOP... this is my last time going to Becks and I will be cutting up my credit card.
Desired outcome: Train your staff and change the policy...
