Beautyrest review: Mattress

Purchased a Beautyrest Hospitality Mattress July 2025- from HSN called after 30 could not return. Called the beautyrest complaint department needed to fill out form- no help hard to measure sagging mattress with broom being a single person. Sagging on both sides of the mattress with a lump going down the center of the mattress. It's like sleeping in a hammock, making it hard to even roll over. I have tried sleeping on the "lump" in the middle for more support, which turns my cal king size bed into a double. Horrible Product would not advise anyone to purchase this mess! VERY UNHAPPY AND STUCK!.
