Beautyrest review: Beautyrest Mattress King purchased from Home Depot

We purchased a mattress from Home Depot online in 11/16/25, There is a problem with a mattress sagging. We did not purchase a extended warranty figuring that Beautyrest has a 10 year warranty. Beautyrest now says that because we did not purchase directly from them, the 10 year warranty does not take effect. No where on Home Depot page does it state that if you do not take the extended warranty there is no warranty.
