Beachsissi review: Poor quality, inconsistent sizing and terrible customer service

I have had a horrendous experience with this company!

I ordered some items and when they came the sizing was way off and not consistent with their size chart. Not only that but there were loose threads and seams coming open. the quality was very poor.

When I tried to resolve this with them directly they took absolutely NO responsibility. They tried to tell me that even though seams were coming apart it "would not affect the wearing" which is absolutely ridiculous. Wear the swimsuit one time in the water and it will start coming apart. Atrocious.

I have sent not less than 50 emails back and forth with them trying to resolve this. With them offering replacement items or partial credit.

I do not want a replacement or credit. they are an awful company with poor quality merchandise and terrible service. I want nothing to do with them. It has been almost a month and they are still refusing to take responsibility.

My items are faulty and incorrectly sized. The only acceptable solution is a full refund. It is even clearly stated on their website under their "return policy" that is items are damaged or incorrect beachsissi will refund and customer will bear no cost" however they refuse to acknowledge this or adhere to their policy.
