Bayird Auto Group, Inc. is a decent dealership if you're looking to receive a rebate check for a pricey $60k vehicle. However, it's taking an awfully long time for the check to arrive. It seems like nobody is taking any action except for us.

They owe me money and it's been 6 months, I keep getting the run around when I call and ask about it. I guess it's about time to hire a lawyer, I wouldn't do business with them again.

The Kennett location sold me and my husband a car on January 18th. We found out a week later it didn't have a title. Nobody called us or even checked on us. Now it's March 16th and we're still dealing with this. We finally got a dealer tag from them. The guys acted like it's our fault. Very unprofessional. This has been a nightmare.

I bought my car from *** at the Blytheville store 18 months ago. I really like my car and they treated me well, but they forgot to mention that it didn't come with a spare tire. I had a flat tire and was surprised to find out there was no spare. Later on, I refinanced the car and discovered that the warranty they said was free actually cost me $3,000! I also recommended the dealership to my sister and she bought an expensive car there a month ago. Unfortunately, the salesman hasn't kept his promises and won't even call her back.

We bought a car on May 5 from Bayird in Jonesboro. They still can't give us the title. I talked to Laura at the dealership to fix this, but she said it's not her problem and she can't help. She wasn't happy when we refinanced the car after buying it from them. The dealership never gave the title to the first finance company. It's been over 2 years and I can't renew my tags because of the title issue. So I'm paying for a car that just sits in my driveway. I talked to the manager at the dealership last week and he said he would talk to Laura about it, but I still haven't heard back. My current finance company is also trying to help me get the tags.

My son bought a car in the spring of 2020. We went to the dealership three times to finish the paperwork. In July , we refinanced the loan. After that, we had to make a bunch of visits, emails, and phone calls to get the refunds for the GAP and extended warranties. We had to call twice and go there to get the GAP refund. When we asked about the Extended Warranty refund, they said it was still being processed. In October, they told me they sent the check to Chase (our original lien holder). This month, they said the lien holder cashed the check and told us to contact them. But the bank they told us to contact was not our bank. Bayird sent the check to the wrong bank. They said we had to wait for the wrong bank to find the money, return it, and then Bayird would give us the refund. At this point, I have talked to my correct bank, the bank that got the check by mistake, and Bayird many times. Yesterday, we went there to talk to someone in person. The finance manager told one of the guys on the floor to say he couldn't talk to us. They also didn't give us the phone number for the Bayird corporate office that we asked for. They said we had to call the dealership and they would give us the information. We left, and I called the Arkansas State Attorney General's office. I called two other Bayird dealerships to ask for the corporate number. The third one gave me the number. I called and talked about getting a check, but they said they couldn't approve it at their level. At 5:30 last night, they called me back and said the check would be ready today if I went to the corporate office. I went to one office where no one was there. When I finally found the right office, they didn't know what I was talking about at first. Then they made me show my driver's license before giving me the check. It's too much hassle and passing the blame to deal with this company again.

It's been like 30 days since I traded in my car for a new one at Bayird Auto Group, Inc. They're supposed to handle the title stuff by law, but they haven't done it yet. So now my finance company is still bugging me for payment. On top of that, they still owe me money for sales tax and installing a hitch/tow kit.

I'm currently waiting for a refund of over $2800. They said they sent it through regular mail on December 14th, but I still haven't received it as of December 30th. They sent a check without any tracking or insurance. They won't even check if someone else cashed it in case it got lost in the mail. I just want them to send the check again and overnight it. I'm tired of being lied to and all that.
