Bayada Home Health Care review: negligence and incompetence

The Rutland, Vermont Bayada office is full of liars. They lie to you over the phone and never return your call. The staff doesn't share information or talk to one another. Every one you speak to gives you the run around.

My father is 86 years old and fell in his laundry room breaking his nose, cheekbone and sustained other injuries. We contracted with Bayada of Rutland, Vermont and were not impressed. Two months before his fall, my father's primary wrote an order for a physical, occupational and home health aid. The local Bayada office took almost 6 weeks before contacting me to set up visits. After a month of "help" my father's condition worsened and he fell breaking several bones and had to be hospitalized. We sent pictures of my father's bloody head and, the staff has never contacted us. No calls, no emails, nothing.

I blame Bayada of Rutland, Vermont for negligent care leading to my father's injury.
