Flashlight ordered almost a month ago. no calls or messages sent.
Made a special trip to Batteries plus to determine status and now told it would cost an additional 40%. Also the flashlight was not on order so would have to pay the additional amount and wait if I wanted to proceed with the order.
In addition when I asked why I was not contacted, the response was "I don't know"
