After one year the battery went completely dead. I had AAA and they could not identify why when they jumped it. It only run for about 1 minute and didn’t know if it was a battery issue. They had to tow it to the Jeep dealership and with there equipment it was identified as a bad battery and they put in a new battery. I took the bad battery back to the store and was told they would only give me a new battery. I don’t need two new batteries and requested a refund? They would not hive one. I am in this for the cost of a tow, Jeep repair service, and new battery! I was only asking for a refund from your store. Please advise if this is the way your company handles problems and I will have to make a decision as to buy any additional product from your store?
