BatteriesPlus review: Extra charges on bulb

I ordered and pre-paid for a small desk light from Batteries + Bulbs in Boise, Idaho on 2/8/2021. They said they would order it and it will be here to pick up in about a week. I got a call today (2/11/2021) from "Eric" saying I now had to order a whole box of 10 or they could order one (1) from Salt Lake City, Utah and I would be responsible for the shipping cost on top of what I have already pre-paid them. This is very unprofessional and not fair to have me pay for the extra costs after pre-paying for the bulb up front.
They did say after I complained that they would call me back for a refund.
I would just like my bulb with no extra hidden costs added after the fact.
It is a small purchase that is turning into a big cost and a frustrating problem.
If you have a way of shipping me my prepaid bulb, that would be acceptable.

The amount of pre-paid cost was $11.65.
