Isl filling this complaint regarding the treatment I received at Batteries Plus Store #0452 in Naples, FL, as well as a serious issue with missing warranty records.
I visited the store on January 27,2026 to purchase what should have been my third KitEstchLife watch warranty. Before buying it, I asked the staff to confirm how many warranties I had under my name. They told me only One warranty appeared in their system.
This is INCORRECT
I purchased two KitWatchLife warranties in September 2025, and I have credit card transactions proving both purchases - including a transaction from September 30, 2025 (posted 10/01) at Batteries Plus #0452. I showed this proof to the manager, yet they insisted there was NOWay to look up or verify the second warranty and claimed only the September 16,2025 warranty existed.
The way I was treated was unacceptable. I was spoken to as if I were lying, even after providing bank statements. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the staff dismissed my concerns and acted as if the missing warranty was my fault.
To assist them, I even brought all my watches do they could check for the red+ mark that indicates warranty coverage. Despite this, they still refused to acknowledge the second warranty or investigate further cause I don’t have proof of receipt.
I am requesting the following:
1. A full investigation into my second September 2025 warranty is missing from your system.
2. Correction of my account to reflect both warranties I paid for and installation of the store battery with the mark I did paid for.
3. Written confirmation that both warranties are active and valid
4. Review of the store staffs conduct, as no customer should be treated with disrespect when presenting legitimate proof.
IAm providing my credit card statement. I simply want the warranties I paid for to be properly recognized install the store battery n add the red plus mark that is missing in one of my watches. And to be treated with professionalism
