Manager Ron called left message to pick-up battery.
Go to pick -up battery ordered online at store 5/27/2020 he then quickly tells me they don't really have the battery I order but I can have this other battery made in USA for less.
Not nice I wanted a Duracell like I ordered.
Ron wasn't really interested in what I order but wanted to sell me a light.
I have to wear a mast to enter the store but and Batteries+Bulbs employee was wearing his mask in correctly not covering his nose.
I called Ron latter when I figured out what he had done and he told me the battery I ordered would be in next week on Wednesday.
I'm not happy with the unnecessary extra trip I have to make because of Ron.
I would like a Batteries+Bulbs Corporation reply.
