- Bankwest **lied about ASIC** (proves deliberate deception). They closed my account and said it had gone to my financial institution then weeks later said it had been sent to ASIC then admitted they never sent it at all!
- **No proof of closure notice** (breach of terms). I never received a letter from them under their own guidelines prior notice of bank closure and they can’t produce one as proof.
- **Fees deducted unlawfully**
