Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Every person you speak to, you're forced to verify your information constantly, that's literally the only thing they do right. Service reps just read off a script and ignore your questions. Website and email correspondences feel like a scam because of the constant misspellings and weird domain names that emails come from. Spent 3 days trying to "verify" my account then told that I can't use the same email. Gave them another email and continued to wait for the confirmation email that never came. Turns out they had already send my refund via mailed check 13 days prior and not one person was able to tell me this information from bank mobile; it took me contacting my school. This all started because my account was blocked for security reasons. I get it, but after I've verified and provided all the requested information no progress has been made. It takes roughly 1 hour and 35 minutes to reach anyone. If it wasn't for the iPhone call hold feature, I probably would never reach anyone. And no, I've graduated, I don't care about any resolution at this point so don't contact me.
