He is very rude and arrogant, I had no idea such people can even exist in the society and even run such crucial business like Tax advising. He doesn't want listen to his customers for even a second and has absolutely no idea how taxes work.
Desired outcome: Helping other people to not make the mistake of going to Mr.Balagan for filing taxes

balagan Arumugaswamy of balagan financials / balagan Inc is a extremely rude and arrogant person.he misbehaved like a kid, when i asked about over priced tax preparation charges and missing documents. All staffs were very annoying and walk around in office like school kids in recess time.No manner and very unprofessional.one of her assistant smitha is baddest mouth and ready to argue for nothing.don't give ### to this cpa.

I strongly agree. He doesn’t even have the basic ethics of how to talk to a customer. When I had my doubt, he behaved very arrogantly and sounded too rude to me. Better he must undergo some psychotic counseling before continuing his financial services.
Balagan seriously needs to spend time with his customers, understand their particular situation and then prepare tax returns. He is not willing to spend time with customers and only interested in getting more money by serving more customers. Balagan Sir, you definitely have to change your rude behaviour and utter disrespect for your customers.
I agree. This place is a jungle with a bunch of loose animals. And Balagan himself -- what a joker or comedian he is. His lunatic accountants overpaid the IRS and when I asked to claim it back from IRS -- he made me run from Pillar to Post and eventually never got my refund back. I ended up losing $2500.00 because of this joker. I recommend everybody go to Joe Singh in Sterling. He is pretty good. Even Manjit Singh is pretty good from what I understand -- but Manjit is expensive.
Yes i also faced the same experience .They dont take any responsibility of the worng things they do
