Superior Tax Relief LLC is the bomb! They really helped us out big time! They answered our emails and questions super fast and were always polite. Covid messed things up for us, but they were there for us every step of the way.

I thought this company was too good to be true but they proved me wrong. Jasmin worked with me one on one. She helped me with my garnished wages and previous unfiled tax years. She always returns my calls. I tried to call the IRS, but no one answered the phone. I keep getting recordings. If you ever manage to get through to a live representative on the phone, you'll more than likely have waited an hour just for them to give you a hard time and hassle you for payment. The best thing about Superior Tax is that they have flexible payment schedules.

Sometimes I would ask the same question twice and she was always patient with me and she was very good at explaining the whole process. She was very professional and cant say enough good things about her and the organization. I got great results with my taxes and it was the best decision I made to contact Superior Tax Relief. At the end, they really helped me with my huge outstanding balance. I did experience delays because of Covid but she always keep me updated and continued to work on my situation.

Me and my hubby paid Superior Tax Relief all their money and now we can't get a hold of them. I emailed my rep a bunch of times and she ain't said nothing back in months. This happened before and when I finally talked to her, she said she was waiting to talk to some other guy who was taking over our case. I been calling them every week for months and no one answers. I'm starting to think this company might be fake. Has anyone else had this problem? We got some tax letters but they told us to ignore them. I'm really worried now cuz I don't know if this company is legit or not.

I hired Superior Tax Relief LLC like 4 years ago to help me with my tax problem. They kept asking me for the same information again and again and the person I talked to last time won't answer my calls or return them. They kept calling me in 2020 for my last payment (***) but then they stopped talking to me or calling me back. I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else.

I started with this company in April . I have now paid them over $4000 and I'm still getting threatning letters from IRS. I also have repeatedly ask for information and get no response as to the status of my complaint. I have also asked to speak with the owner and have gotten no response. My debt continues to grow as I wait resolution to my case.
