Some people are just gullible and believe everything that they read or even see in the mail/ You wouldn't believe how many people are going gunho over the publishing cleaning house scam as well. I see so many beleving everything they get in the mail and you can try and tell them and they still rather go through with it and waste their money instead rather go hungry or not even buy diapers for their own kids because they believe this dumb [censored] stuff. Crazy but these day people would rather do whatever it is to try and make a fast buck.

It's kind of weird that I've been getting emails from somebody from out of the country, who calls himself "Extraordinary Ron", (or, somebody named, Ron), and, who's sending me his tarot card readings that have all said I will get rich in the next few days! And, he's been trying to scam me out of $79.00, etc., etc., so that he can help me get that money, too! (Why would I need his help, anyway?)! And, at the very same time, I got one of those letters in the mail today, that said I've won $2, 000, 000.00! But, I'm supposed to send them $12.99, first! Really? What a small fee to pay to get $2, 000, 000.00, right?! Duh! I wonder if those 2 things are coming from the same people, or, person? It is a shame that these crooks take people's money! I hope they get caught, ... soon!

Its really SAD that These people pray on us poor souls, Do Not Send Money if it sounds to good to be true then it probly is not..that is the old saying. I feel sorry especially for the elderly that have no concept and are being taken advantage of. Think about it why would you have to give them money if you won... Let them take it out of the winnings... I hope they get caught.Thier Address is AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION P.O.BOX 2905 Kansas City KS 66110 Never Trust a PO BOX

I received mine today; mine is for $3, 000, 000.00, if I send them a Premium Offer Acquisition Fee $12.99, with in the 7day period. Isn't there something we can do to stop this? There's so many people that well give that little bit for a chance of a life time. I even had a pop-up for a lawyer, coarse I had to pay him first too. Award Notification Commission [ANC] fraud

I received mailings from "readers digest" to enter their drawing for a money prize.
I am already exclusively interested in the publisher's clearing house contest.
When I received entry notices for other contests, I discard them; as I did in the case of
Reader's digest. When I received this bogus notice I checked and there were others
Who blogged that this seems to be a total scam. I have the "shipment status advisory"
If someone needs to see a copy of it in order to prosecute... Let this not be confused
With the legitimate publisher's clearing house contest... Reader's digest appears
Desperate & tried to copy the procedure used by pch in their contests... It's so like pch
That, in a hurry, you would send them your card #, sign and pay the $12.99 for the
"elegant gold tone star and crystal pendant. From anc. Is anc a company name?

I received a letter from the ANC saying they needed to verify if I won and to call a 1800 number and send them 12.99. After I did that 3 weeks later I get 10 or more of the same type of letters all at once some from the same company. I know this has got to be a fraud I'm angry about this I wish there was a way to get back at the ones who did this. Things are already hard enough without wasting what little money I have on scams. The ANC letter looked kind of like the publishers clearing house letters and that's what I though it was. It's amazing to me some of the things people will do to rob you.

Award Notification Commission [ANC] scam

This company contacted me via mail claiming I won 2 million dollars I had the option to pay a premium offer of $11.95. Since there is no purchase necessary and a purchase does not increase your chance of winning stated on the paperwork that I still have, I mailed the paper back to them. A week later they said without the check the 2 million dollar offer will be void so I sent the check. Now I have another letter stating the same but wanting my signature and $17.89. Don't fall into this scam. You can contact me s at [protected]@gmail.com

I got my first letter and though it was from PCH Publishers clearing house that has there contest going on now that i, am involved with. I sent a check for $12.99 which i though i had to do to continue in their contest. Recently got three more letters asking for more money which made me wonder. I then Goggled the name of company, or persons mailing this and everything looks like a scam from comments i see from other people. Shame on these people, and also shame on stupid me for not checking these people out right away. Hope someone catches up with them and stops their scam. Norm in Michigan

Award Notification Commission [ANC] false advertising

I recieved a letter with documentations stating it was a "Legal Disclaimer" Form #NG 13 Frm E (N202-1301-E/N211-1318-U) explaining an entitlement for Premium Offer of $200, 000.00 with handling fee of $12.99. Foolishly I believed this because it appeared to be so authentic and sadly now I have learned it was only a source to get my personal information. The letter was signed: Raymond Sauer, Senior Award Services, Award Notification Commission. Please stop this scam from affecting others before it gets too far out of control. I will happily press charges at any time.

I was told also that I 12 million dollars and that it was confirmed and they even gave me a delivery date of December 31st and had sent me a letter asking did I want a camera crew to be there or did I want it delivered in privacy, it says also that this is the final judging paper and that you have to sign an affidavit which they send you and you sign it but its fake and claim that once a receive that then you will be receiving your two million dollars either in one lump sum of $1, 140, 000 or .66667 dollars a year for 30 years. This day has come and gone! You don't have to send them any money drama they call it a premium offers feed do for delivery if you are opting to order their junk jewelry, or a $15, 000 book of coupons to be used anywhere, and also a $25, 000 shopping sprees check.beware of the wording... You have an opportunity to win if you sign and return the pre selected winning number! Yes they are very creative but it is a scam you will receive nothing and I'm sure the post office old clothes participating in this scam.

I just got the letter yesterday. I immediately tho't it was a scam. When I read through it, after you supposedly won the 2 million they will make a direct deposit into your bank account. In order for them to do that you would need to provide them your routing and account number of your bank account. Once they have that, they will have free access to your account and the rest is history.

Yes his is definately a scam. I recieved my first letter in July and ever since then, they just keep coming. But be warned they change it up every time they send a new letter. First letter stated that I had to send $12.89 acquisition fee. Now all the letters state that no purchase is necessary and will not improve your chances of winning. But they do offer you a choice to pay $11.99 for a specified premium offer. This is total BS! I wish someone would catch these a**holes so that people will not believe they won money that is not actually real.

I'm sorry to tell you all but it's ALL a SCAM! Whenever you get a notice saying you won a huge amount of money and you have to send money to get it bells ought to start ringing big time. Ask yourself: Hmm..when did I enter this drawing, did I buy a ticket, wonder if a family member put my name in the drawing? I get these emails all the time---Don't open them, you could get a really bad virus or any of the bad things your pc can get. As for the overseas lotteries we the people are not allowed to enter them, There are laws. Above all DON'T GIVE ANY INFO ABOUT YOURSELF ESPECIALLY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS TO THE PEOPLE WHO SENT THE EMAIL! Better yet delete these emails w/o opening. Here is a good website that will give you all kind of good advice about the official letters you are receiving: FraudWatchers, com. It's free to join. Just because you get a letter or email saying you won $1m-$2m and you have to send monry to get it released, you're being scammed! Every once in a while I get an email from paypal saying I need to update my info. Well, anybody who deals with paypal knows that isn't the way it's done. Should any of you use paypal, here is a website for them: spoof@paypal.com. Foreward the email you got to them. If it looks to good to be true then it probably is.

I just recieved a letter stating that I won two million dollars and to send them a payment of 11.89 for a fee. I believe that this is a scam by what I am reading. I think whom ever gets this letter should send it back with no monies and tell them to take the fee out of the monies that they have already won. They will have so much mail thinking that they have scammed but in reality they will have nothing except alot of reading to do. Please let me know how this plan sounds. tks

I received the letter asking for $12.99 for a fee. The name on mine wasn't James Mallory, but Larry Hourd. I'm returning the letter, without signing, and no money. I printed a letter on the backside, so they can't try to duplicate my signature. I nicely told them, without cursing, that they should be ashamed of themselves for playing on peoples hopes and dreams for a better life. And if they want money, they should stop being lazy and get a job.

I too keep getting this bogus mail. "Please give us your credit card number so we can charge you $12.99 and we will immediately pay you $1, 000, 000." SERIOUSLY? If they had a million to give away, then why not just take the $12.99 out of the million dollar amount and pay me the rest? Coz it's a scam from the get go. They think that by saying you will receive a million that you will jump through their hoops and give them your $13. Not this white girl. I'm not falling for their crap and you shouldn't either. BUT THEY WANT ME TO SEND THEM CASH OR CHECK FOR $17.89 WITH A MADE UP SIGNATURE BY RONALD FLETCHER, IF I WON THAT MUCH MONEY IT DOES'NT MAKE SENSE FOR ME TO SEND $17.89 FOR SOME PROCESSING FEE, I FIND IT FUNNY COZ IT SHOWS HOW DESPERATE THEY ARE BY GIVING YOU A DEAD LINE, IF ANYONE SEND THEM A CHECK CANCEL IT ASAP AND CHANGE YOUR ACCT. NUMBER AT THE BANK COZ ONCE THEY GET YOUR CHECK WITH THE ACCT. NUMBER THEY CAN USE IT ONLINE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE CAPABLE OF SO IT'S BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY, IF YOU NEVER SIGNED UP OR REGISTER TO PLAY OR IF YOU RECIEVE A LETTER YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE, SHRED IT, BURN IT, FLUSH IT, WHATEVER JUST DON'T SEND THEM NO MONEY, OH! I stopped by Mom's this morning and she was all excited, peerky, exceptionally happy. I asked her what was the good news and she pulled out an envelope and told me the Publish Clearing House sent her a the Winners Notification. After a few moments later I knew it wasn't from P.C.House. They as we all know is another story, for real but another story. I sat down and found dozens of articles with these guys and nothing there saying they are for real. I explained to Mom what I found only to watch the embarrassment she showed towards me on how she got caught up into this. I explained to her that I did the same thing more then once and don't be a shamed. These guys are professional theives and they have practiced this towards the point of almost being perfect. There is only one prblem. They can't figure out how to get rid of the Internet. Those of us that post these warnings as we discover frauds, scams, and thieves protect people like my Mom, myself, and others. They will not stop us from warning others. This person "Laura David" and the bogus company names she or they use.

This company said I won 2 million dollars, I only had to send them 12.99 to process the entire. ###, this is a lie. Why ask me for money if I won.. I almost did it until I read the reviews. So thank-you all for posting what I thought was real

People get so excited when they see these it is sometimes hard to read through the scam. My letter just received has obvious items that you can use to identify it as a scam. I don't want to list here as they may read and fix them...but I caution anyone who gets these to READ closely..and never send money to a sweepstakes offering

Yes, I've gotten two. The first one, I responded back with no money knowing it was a scam but was curious has to what they would do next. People, we have to remember that we are at "WAR". The people we are at WAR with need money and it doesn't matter where they get it from or who they hurt. I would strongly recommend that we remain wise, be very suspicious of mail/emails, be vigilantly and take notes. People general behavioral habits are predictable and a pattern is established. Law enforcements call it "Profiling" and they need all the help they can get so, take notes, dates, etc. Get to know which agency is responsible types of investigations and at what levels is important. Time is always an important element of an investigation. More people like these will continue to escape unless we (the general public get involved in the process. Remember, they may have a P.O. Box in Kansas but the source may come from any country. Posting manpower at the post office will probably not work. The post office will most of the time forward the mail to another post office box and so on. We have to help the law enforcement agencies, to protect us. The United States is under attack!

This game has been alive and well for 5 years I cannot believe that the Better Business Bureau and the government and the FBI have not caught onto this yet. ANC someway are retrieving names from publishing Clearing House. I think they are either vendors selling their stuff, getting people's names or they are sponsors. They send their award notification letters, we think its from a legitimate sweepstakes like PCH. I think that publishing Clearing House should do an investigation on all of their vendors and sponsors and find out where this is coming from it has hurt a lot of people, ruined lives and caused a lot of problems. There needs to be justice as far as this goes and I believe there should be a law suit class action against them and I am all in

Just got the same letter stating that I had won $1, 140, 000.00. This is not the first time I have received a letter of this year type. It is a shame that people get away with stealing peoples money. I think there is a list of people on disability or financial difficulties that these ### contact. Who pays to win. There should be a way to catch them. Maybe we should all press the FBI to investigate these people. Until they are pressured to find them, they will continue to get away with these crimes.

I just received this letter OFFICIAL MAIL DELIVERY, that I had won $ 2, 000, 000.00 if I accepted $66, 667.00 per year or $1, 250, 000.00 lump sum. I almost sent the $11.89 thinking what the hey is $12. but the more I thought I remembered a scam when I had a car on e-bay and thought ok another scam. I don't want any one killed but the FBI should go to these POBoxes and arrest the SOB's.

Award Notification Commission [ANC] letter stating has won prize

Its a shame that in this economic crisis most of us are in, that people can get away with leading people to believe this kind of thing. I just received same letter in mail today and googled it instantly to see if the company was reputable. 11. 89$ doesnt sound like much to claim a 2 million dollar prize but why would they ask for money is what keeps leading me towards tossing this thing in the trash. We should all start a lawsuit claiming against this ridiculousness. I keep thinking of what my omther always said "if it sounds too good to be true, then most likely it is." but then again... What if?

Well, got my letter sometime in 2017. no date that I can find and no follow up letter. I kept it just wondering if I would get another... of course I did not. I guess they did get all of us to wonder what we would do with 2 million. that is the best I can say about it. the dream of all that money. but again it is a cruel thing to do. I did not and would not send money. the bbb says if they say send money it is a scam. if in the event that I would win I always say send me the money and I will gladly pay you, your tid bit of money. that always stops them from sending any more letters. and yes I would love to sue them for the heart ache they caused. if anyone ever starts a law suit just contact me. I will gladly send a copy of this letter... contact me at... ramonaalbright@yahoo.com... please someone start one.. after all we may end up being millionaires after all. help, I really would love to be rich!

Itʻs september 14, 2017 and that letter is still going around! scamming is illegal right? yet somehow, these people are still doing it and getting away with it. the red flags came up as soon as I saw them asking for money! iʻm sure they read this complaint but continue to scam people anyway. and laughing their way to the back at the same time! shame on these scammers, to hear so many people being duped, I believe they will get whatʻs coming to them, but sadly not soon enough.

Just think how rich they will become if people sent in $11.39. I got the letter and I know I never win anything... Thank you Google for helping expose these crooks. People work too hard to be played with like this. They are doing this legal with words and promises. But they would lock me up if Ihad a big scam like this... Sad
