Aveksha Hospital

Hospital has collected Rs. 20000 as advance before discharge and they are not refunding even after claim settlement by Care insurance. It is pending from 2months. Further hospital has billed unused items like Ambulance charges, bipap charges etc and claimed from insurance which is also not refunded. This is very unethical from this hospital. Please take necessary action and refund me.

We have called two days ago for appointment of doctor
. We were thinking told, patents need to wait two days till Monday and 10:49am Monday doctor will visit! First surprise! Hospital expecting patient's to wait two days to meet doctor!
Monday morning [protected]: got a call from reception Telling patient please come and stand in line from 9:30 doctor may come to see icu patient before 10:30, you Will get a chance to see doctor! What's this? Hospital or Actress chamber?

Pathetic service and patient care!

Nurses are not educated on simple tasks - to take blood they need to ### at least thrice to get it right.

Marketing - False promises and offers

Reception - False promises and don't bother about patient care

Doctors - Met only one of them but ruthless. Rather than showing concern was talking more about money.

Summary, a business organisation to reap profits and not a hospital to seek care
