I went on the 7 th of this month and rented a Harmonic balancer puller and I went today to return it and they wouldn't let me. They said whoever the worker that day was didn't put the rental in the system so they can't let me return it. They told me they know it's there took but there is no proof in system that we rented, I can't understand because it sounds ridiculous.
I feel like the worker pocketed my money and didn’t put it in the system so he could come up on some money. Very low during the holidays.
