AutoZone review: Another name listed with my phone number

I want autozone to check if the other person's name has bought any items under warranty or still under warranty using my phone number and if not to delete their name from my phone number. I understand if they currently have a part under warranty including a life time warranty that autozone can't remove their name but they should be able to make my name the current/primary default name. My local autozone couldn't fine a part I ordered because they used the other name even after I told them it was wrong and I gave them my name. I have had this number for over 3 years. The employee was rude when I asked why he couldnt check what parts are still under warranty under my number.
