I won a motorcycle at auction through AutoBidMaster. In the photos provided in the auction listing, the motorcycle clearly had a dashboard instrument panel with a speedometer.
After I paid for the winning bid, several days later new photos of the motorcycle appeared in my account. In these new photos I noticed that the instrument panel, including the speedometer, was missing.
This part was visible in the original auction photos and is an important and expensive component of the motorcycle. According to the listing photos, the motorcycle was shown with the instrument panel installed.
I kindly request that the instrument panel be returned to the motorcycle as shown in the auction listing, or that I be compensated for the missing part, since it is very expensive to replace.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
Claimed loss: I have checked with an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer, and they confirmed that the instrument panel / speedometer is a genuine and expensive part.
