degrees F for weeks. It's like they don't care about their tenants at all. The maintenance team is slow to respond and when they do, they don't fix the problem properly. The office staff is unhelpful and rude. I wouldn't recommend August Property Management to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a different place to live.
I was renting from August ** until my lease ended on June 15th, 2022
I was renting from August *** until my lease ended on June 15th, 2022. They took over the lease around October . On June 1st, I got an email saying I owed the full amount of rent, but my lease said it was prorated. I talked to a lady at August *** who wasn't the Property manager, but she couldn't help me. After that, I got a lot of emails and texts every day saying I owed late fees while I argued about the amount due. I wanted to talk to ***, the , but I couldn't get in touch with him until the last few days of my lease. When I moved out, *** said he was closing my account and everything would be fixed. But now it's August 8th, 2022, and I'm getting emails about rent and late fees again. My account is still open, and I haven't heard anything about getting my security deposit back. I've called, left voicemails, and sent emails with my number, but *** only uses email to talk to tenants and his secretary. I want my security deposit back and my account closed so I don't get emails about fake late fees and rent.
