I am Gregory A. Napier, the attorney to whom this complaint refers. I have completed many Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies successfully in partnership with clients who fulfill their role and obligations. No bar complaint ever arose out of this particular anonymous complaint and, for all I can tell, this could have been written by someone who was on an opposing side of a matter and did not fair well or even an opposing attorney.
