Rose International is supposedly an employment agency for IT and other types of jobs. They get resumes from places like Careerbuilder and Monster, and they call and email you with a job description. Their area code 636 is in New York, but the calls actually come from India. So you may get a call from somebody named Sam, Jack, Joe, Mike, etc. but you'll have a hard time understanding what they're saying. Hah. Then they will send you a "job application" which asks for all types of info including your social security number and past addresses. Once you submit it, you will never hear from them again. Draw your own conclusions. I am a professional corporate recruiter with 20 years experience. A real company or agency will never ask for your social online, unless you have been interviewed and are getting the job, they will need it to run the background check. I've seen thousands of resumes in my career, and I've never seen a former employee of Rose International. Watch out for foreign fakers!

I agree with the complaint. I have also been contacted by this company and did not work with them because they sounded suspicious. The recruiters couldn't answer questions and only wanted to get my information. I would be careful before giving anything out to them, never know where it could end up.

Being a Recruiter, I feel, its never a matter of question where does the recruiter belong to or where is he calling from. What matters is, whether is he able to recruit best match for the current position or not. Recruiters never ask for SSN# or any other personal information unless CLIENT requires that. Candidate is always free to ask the reason behind asking for SSN# or any information and he can never be forced to provide these information. It's very shameful to blame any company in this case. And as far as Rose International is concerned it;s more than 500 million dollars enterprise. So, it;s really tough to say anything at this point and I don't think you deserve to say anything on this.

I have worked with Rose International for the past several years on a few different assignments. Their employees are professional, and helped me find positions that fit my skills and capabilities. They have been attentive to my needs, and provided excellent help with my job search. They also took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I had all of the information that I needed. I would recommend working with Rose International. They are efficient and easy to work with to find a job!
