Atrium Health review: Horrible experience

My appointment today was scheduled with Dr. Joycelyn Hardy at Prosperity Crossing. I would NEVER recommend her if you were wanting time to ask questions. Prior to my appointment I was sure to let the appointment setter know that I need time with my doctor to answer questions that I may have. I too let them know of all the areas that I had concerns in. When I arrive to my appointment I had no issues up front, got undressed to see a doctor that I have only met once in 2024. As soon as she comes into my room, she immediately begins stating that she will need to put in a referral for an OBGYN (Menopause) and Obstetrician. There was no HELLO, no tell me about your problems and concerns. I explain this and she immediately begins cutting me off and becoming argumentative instead of hearing it from the patient's point of view. This is why I hesitate to go into the Dr. because I feel like another number. Now mind you there are no bills owed; I have always paid for any services but today I want my money back. I asked her if there was another Dr. I could see and she advised me to put my clothes on and check at the front desk. I just felt absolutely horrible and I would never recommend going to Atrium @ Prosperity Crossing. There was so much more but I tried to keep it simple.
