Ashley Furniture review: Ashley party time sofa and loveseat

We also in february 2024 had issues if our sofa and recliner not working properly then smelling wires at that point I thought it was my laptop which it was not it was then ie of the cupholder lights on the sofa began flickering. I called the insurance company they told us there isn't anything they can do until the recall is taken care of first. We didn't know there was a recall this is when the calling began which all we got and still today get the same outcome they will escalate the claim for the (4) fourth time now. Both partytine pieces sofa and loveseat are no longer working now the sofa went out after the flickering light on the cupholder then I couldn't put the one if the recliners in the same sofa down since february 2025. I keep calling with absolutely no results at all ashley I just knew your company was better than this it is totally junk. If were at work our home could have been in flames over your party time sofa and loveseat.
No one has called us back at all they told us someone would call and schedule a service person to come out and look repair or exchange out out set ni one again has reached out to us. Eveerytinrt we call we get the same explanation we're soo sorry and we will escalate the claim for you.
Since february 2025 our sofa doesn't close one of ashley reps told us to unplug both pieces in case of fire. I'm like come get it out of here I told him I did smell wires didn't realize it was our sofa it never came back on our recliner stayed up still now today. No lights at all are working, no power at all, both pieces, neither sofa or recliner are working. The agent also told me to every now and then plug it up to see if the recliners will close we tried it doesn't work.
We want want a complete refund and will be getting an attorney we paid too much to go through this.
