Poor staff,backward service,disconnecting calls
I have gas connection from aroop enterprise (138 gtroad howrah-711102).I called for sending service people for cleaning one burner switch at home ,the lady on phone did not answer properly and she disconnected the call . Also after repeated calls she said to visit the store and give advance payment for sending service person.
I need a service person at home first and then will do payment once the service is done.

I've gas connection from Aroop Enterprise, 138 G.T.Road(south), Shree Appartment, Shop No.14, Howrah-711102. [protected]/1323 this two phone numbers are always out of service. I'm having a problem of gas leakage but i can't call them because of dead phone lines. And the emergency number [protected] for gas leakage, i've called them many times from tomorrow but till now they haven't send anyone to check it. Now I'm going to do a GD ib Shibpur Police Station against them.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My Gas Booking No: 740342, Consumer No: 16113, Name: Provat Kumar Chatterjee.
Now, they have issued their Cash memo No: [protected] dated 28/03/15 for delivering the cylinder, but till todate i.e.16/04/15 - no cylinder has been delivered. I am trying to contact Aroop Ent. repeatedly without any success. The two land line phone nos are ringing all the time days after day but nobody picks the phones to attend the calls. Please help me in this regard and see that my cylinder is delivered on an urgent basis. The above booking was done on 25/02/2015.
