Delivery
I called to purchase the product Arthri D and was told delivery time is 4-6 weeks, therefore, I agreed to purchase the item. Seven weeks later, I contacted the call center to find out where my purchase is. The representative said there was a delay in delivery and to expect another 2-3 weeks. However, if I wanted the product any sooner I was responsible to pay express postage. Arthri D should not advertise false delivery time and have the audacity to ask the client to pay additional money to get it out at the time promised. BAD Business. My advice is to have the company put it in writing on delivery, otherwise, expect delay. I am still waiting for my purchase!
