Arrow Renovation did a great job on our basement and deck. The professionalism of the workers and staff was outstanding. The job was completed within the timeline that was given. We will use them to remodel our kitchen in the future.

For over a decade we have had several projects worked on by Arrow. Our experience has always been professional and always to industry standards and above. Communications have always been a paramount in our dealings. Every phone call and or emails have been answered or returned promptly. Our experience to date has been a positive interaction with a more than satisfied conclusion with great quality on every project completed.

From drab to FAB! *** and his team helped us renovate two (very dated) upstairs bathrooms. It was a BIG PROJECT. *** is extremely pleasant to work with and honest. That counts for a lot in this business. He had great suggestions and was available when we called. ANOTHER HUGE PLUS. Everyone from the seasoned electrician to the young artisan who laid the tile for our new heated floor were TOP NOTCH. We LOVE our new bathrooms. THANK YOU, *** & TEAM ARROW!

We had a 6 month 'experience' with Arrow Renovation (could have been less than a week) that I would not wish upon any homeowner. Please stay away at all costs. In fact, I chose them not as the lowest bidder, but hoping to capitalize on their larger size and experience. Given that they use a variety subcontractors, it's actually a disadvantage. The entire experience was negative from the subcontractors, to the office management, and in between. I was clear and objectively took pictures and shared with them the complete lack of quality and contract fulfillment two times over. The third time, they chose to serve me with a letter from their lawyer threatening action if I didn't pay for the contract. We eventually settled on the final price, but the end product was much less than desirable and will have to be re-done. And if this was any example of their competence in the industry, then please beware. I realize this was not up to their average performance, but it may not be their worst either.

We had a very similar experience to Tony's, except our 3-5 day project spanned 12 months. If you are considering having work done by Arrow Renovation I urge you to reconsider. If you should choose to work with them, be sure that anything you are told they are going to do be thoroughly described in your contract, and document that they are doing what they promised - I would definitely not let them do work when you are not around to watch and record the work as it is being done. They use a number of different subcontractors, and to my knowledge a project manager was never on sight as promised to make sure the work was done as specified. We were made promises by the salesman and project manager that were not honored. When these promises were brought up to the office manager, her response was that we had been lied to. Every representative of Arrow Renovation that visited the 'completed' project readily admitted that there are visible issues with the work, even the employee who was sent to pick up our final payment noticed issues. In the end, when we were sent a letter of intent to lien we thought it best to pay them off rather than deal with Arrow Renovation any longer. In short, working with Arrow Renovation was an extremely unpleasant experience.
