I ordered a watch from AreaTrend and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product. The shipping was also super fast, which was a huge plus for me. I received my watch within a few days of placing my order. The processing time was also really quick, which was great because I needed the watch for an event that was coming up soon. Overall, I had a great experience with AreaTrend and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices. The only downside was that there were a couple of spelling errors on the website, but that didn't really affect my overall experience.

Just be prepared for the possibility of receiving your items in a plastic bag!

So, I ordered something from AreaTrend and it got lost in the mail. I reached out to their customer service and they said they need to start an investigation in a week. I was like, "okay, I can wait." Then they told me their logistics team will start an investigation in 48 hours. I was like, "okay, I guess I have to wait some more." But then, I never heard back from them again. It seems like every department of theirs needs to go through the investigation one by one. It's been over three weeks now and I paid for two-day shipping. I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

I just gotta say, I got me some Hunter boots from walmart.com and they came from AreaTrend. Let me tell ya, the price I paid was unbeatable. I mean, I looked around and nobody could touch it. And they came right on time, just like they said they would. When I opened up the box, there they were, all shiny and new, not a scratch or blemish on 'em. I was one happy camper, let me tell ya.

But that ain't all. They even put a card in there, thanking me for my purchase from AreaTrend. And get this, they gave me a little history of the company too. That's pretty cool, if you ask me. And if I wasn't happy with my boots, they even gave me a phone number to call. That's some good customer service right there.

So, I gotta give 'em 5 stars for quality, price, and getting my boots to me on time. If you're lookin' for some good deals on shoes and stuff, you should check out AreaTrend. They treated me right, and I bet they'll treat you right too.

I recently made a purchase on AreaTrend's website, areatrend.com, through Walmart. I was excited to receive my new Salomon shoes in size 9.5M, but unfortunately, I received size 11 instead. I contacted their customer service and they asked me to return the item with a promise to reimburse me for the fees. However, I never received the promised reimbursement and was left feeling disappointed.

To make matters worse, they didn't take responsibility for their mistake and simply apologized for the inconvenience. I ended up losing $25CAD due to their mistake, which was frustrating. I was disappointed that they didn't offer to ship me the correct size instead of making me go through the hassle of returning the wrong size.

While their products may be cheaply priced, I cannot recommend this seller due to their dishonest business practices. They are not trustworthy and I would caution anyone considering making a purchase from them. I believe that Walmart should be ashamed of allowing their customers to deal with such a seller.

I recently had an experience with AreaTrend that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a pair of shoes from Walmart.com, but when they arrived, they were too small. I knew I needed to contact customer service to try and resolve the issue, so I reached out to AreaTrend.

Unfortunately, the phone lines were always busy, so I decided to try and contact them through text. I received a message from someone asking for my customer service number, which I provided along with my order number from Walmart, the label on the package, and the label inside the shoes. I sent this information three times, but each time, they claimed they did not receive it.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to try emailing them at the provided email address. However, I never received a response. I even reached out to Walmart, but I have yet to hear back from them.

At this point, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AreaTrend. I feel like they are scammers and not a real company. I will not be ordering from Walmart.com again and I do not recommend anyone else do so either.

I gave them one star in my review, but honestly, they don't even deserve that. It's a shame that I had to go through this experience and I hope that others can avoid it in the future.

I recently purchased a Timex Ironman watch from AreaTrend via Walmart.com and was extremely disappointed with the product I received. The watch arrived in a random plastic bag without the Directions insert or the usual watch stand and box. The main button was missing entirely, which is required to set the watch to the correct local time. Additionally, the peel-away protective covering was missing from the watch's face, and there were slight scratches around the face, indicating prior use. I paid a relatively high price for this item in NEW condition, but it was clearly defective, damaged, and used. This is absolutely unacceptable retail service.

I contacted AreaTrend's Customer Service phone line and spoke with a pleasant-sounding woman who at least refunded me part of my purchase price in a somewhat timely fashion, even though they were supposed to refund me the ENTIRE purchase price. However, instead of being charged for the $6.95 Return Shipping, I was charged a $5.00 Handling Fee, which was not clarified to me beforehand. This was very frustrating, and I had to call Walmart Customer Service to figure out the discrepancy in the refunded fee. I don't trust AreaTrend anymore, and I've been the victim of mail-order retailers who do sleazy things to minimize their losses before declaring Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. This is very concerning to me.

Apparently, Walmart has vendors that sell via Walmart, similar to Amazon's system. I've been purchasing/ordering Timex Ironman watches for over 15 years, and this sub-par AreaTrend purchase is SO incredibly out of line. I relayed my concerns to the Walmart rep, who said to check on Walmart.com to see if there is partnering vendor listed for items considered for future purchasing. She said she would "Escalate" the report of my concerning AreaTrend experience to Walmart. I always thought Walmart was a reputable retailer, but I haven't ordered from them in recent years. To their credit, Walmart refunded the remainder of my rightful refund amount, which covert AreaTrend tried to shortchange me on, apparently an underhanded invented way of gaining a few dollars as far as I can tell.

My next step was to put the charge into Dispute with my Capital One MC. They asked me to try to resolve with the vendor first, if possible. Saves an investigation. I've appreciated my Capital One MC services, so I did. But arghhh...

There are numerous significant complaints about AreaTrend on other review online sites. Live and learn. Terrible. Their marketing photo package insert is very misleading in terms of grassroots integrity. Sad state of affairs. Check out all the many complaints on BBB... and FB. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from AreaTrend, as their retail service is unacceptable and their integrity is questionable.
