I recently made a purchase on the SSTsuperstore website, hoping to add a few new shirts to my wardrobe. Unfortunately, my order never arrived. I was quite disappointed and decided to reach out to the customer service team via email. After sending four emails, I finally received a response. However, it wasn't the response I was hoping for.

The customer service representative informed me that my credit card didn't match my address. I explained that I have a PO box in the US, but I live outside of the US, which is why they don't match. I've never had any issues with this in the past, but the representative didn't seem interested in helping me. Instead, he accused me of being a fraud and stealing from the company. I was shocked and upset that he would make such a serious accusation without any evidence.

To make matters worse, the representative refused to deliver my order or refund my money. I even provided a picture of my order to prove that I had made a legitimate purchase. Despite my efforts, they stole $61 from me and stopped responding to my emails. I feel like I've been scammed and taken advantage of.

At this point, I'm not sure what to do. I'm considering contacting my credit card issuer to try and get a refund, but I'm not sure if that will be possible. It's frustrating to think that I may never receive my order or get my money back. I would advise others to be cautious when shopping on the SSTsuperstore website and to double-check that their credit card information matches their address before making a purchase.

I gotta tell ya, if you're thinking about buying a shirt from SST Superstore, you better watch out! Whether you're shopping on their website, or on Amazon or eBay, or even buying directly from the bands they represent, you might run into some trouble if you try to resell that shirt later on. See, in my experience, and in the experiences of a lot of other t-shirt collectors out there, SST Superstore has a real problem with reporting shirts as "unauthorized" copies, even if you bought the shirt directly from them! And then they go and demand that the shirt be taken down from the marketplace. Can you believe that? It's like they don't want anyone else to be able to sell the same shirt as them, even if it's totally legal!

Now, I ain't no lawyer or nothin', but I'm pretty sure that what SST Superstore is doing is against the law. I mean, there's this thing called the "First Sale Doctrine" that says you're allowed to resell something you bought legally. And yet, SST Superstore seems to think they can just lie and cheat their way into getting rid of any competition. It's just plain wrong, if you ask me. And I'm not the only one who thinks so - there are plenty of other folks out there who have had bad experiences with SST Superstore, and they've left some pretty negative comments on sites like Amazon.

So, what's the bottom line? Well, I think it's pretty clear that SST Superstore is not a company you want to do business with. They're dishonest, they're unscrupulous, and they seem to have no problem breaking the law if it means they can make a few extra bucks. If you buy a shirt from them, you might as well plan on keeping it forever, because if you try to resell it, you're likely to run into some serious trouble. And that's just not right. So, my advice? Stay away from SST Superstore, and find yourself a more reputable company to buy your band t-shirts from. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.
