I haven't actually had a project done, but I've been in the showroom a few times. Every time, they were really professional and my designer spent as much time as I needed with me. I felt like they were fully focused on me and they didn't rush me.

Our $17k project with AP Advanced started in November and was pretty straightforward
Our $17k project with AP Advanced started in November and was pretty straightforward. We wanted to demo the bathroom, get rid of the old bathtub, and build a new shower in its place. We also wanted to paint the bathroom and install our own vanity, faucets, mirrors, toilet, and flooring. AP Advanced estimated that the project would take about 4 weeks, but it ended up taking almost 14 weeks. They seemed to be in a rush and cut corners whenever they could. Almost every task they did had to be redone multiple times because of problems. For example, they had to come back 4 times to fix a crack in a half wall that they had drywalled and patched. They even ran out of grout for the shower tiles and tried to convince me that they were done, even though some tiles had barely any grout. I had to buy more grout myself to finish the job, but they eventually agreed to complete it. The only thing that went smoothly was the measurement and installation of the shower glass. Overall, I would give the final bathroom project a 2 out of 5 stars. They could have earned more stars if they had taken their time and done each task correctly the first time, instead of needing multiple visits to fix things. It was clear that they were trying to get away with sloppy work and hoping we wouldn't complain. One example of this was when they used two pieces for the shower threshold instead of using the proper length marble piece. They also tried to use flex accordion pipe for the vanity sinks instead of the more appropriate smooth PVC pipe for draining the sinks. To make matters worse, all of their project managers were either fired or resigned in January , which made communication with the office very difficult. By the time the project was completed in March , they had only hired one project manager to handle all of their current customer projects, and he was clearly overwhelmed. Looking back, I regret not asking the salesman how many projects the project manager was currently handling, as it would have helped us set realistic expectations for the project timeline. I also blame myself for allowing "TBD" to be inserted into all references to the completed project dates in the contract. The sales staff were eager to help us and tried their best, and we greatly appreciated the efforts of the VP of implementations when we showed him the poor quality work through emails and text messages.
After living in our house for like 20 years, we had a big ol' water leak in the kitchen and laundry room
After living in our house for like 20 years, we had a big ol' water leak in the kitchen and laundry room. So me and Becky decided it was time to fix up the whole first floor. We wanted to get rid of the ugly popcorn ceiling, redo the floors, paint everything, and update the kitchen and bathrooms. We talked to a few local companies and ended up going with A P Advanced Construction. We liked Benny and Artur 'cause they made us feel comfortable and understood what we wanted while keepin' an eye on our budget. Debra, who was workin' behind the scenes, kept us in the loop over the phone during the whole negotiation process. Once we figured out what we wanted, it was time to start tearin' things down and rebuildin'. We were pretty excited to get started. Eric, the boss man from AP, led the crew and he knew his stuff. Simon, who was a big dude, was in charge of the day-to-day work on site. Him and his crew (Leo, Albert, Paul, and George) were the best part of the whole process. They did an awesome job and made our dreams come true. They showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it before they left. Our "new" home turned out amazing! We didn't fully appreciate the transformation until we went on a little trip and came back. It felt like a whole new house! Overall, AP Advanced Construction worked with us the whole way to make sure we were happy. Yeah, there were a few hiccups along the way, but what matters is how the contractor handles 'em and if you're satisfied with the end result. And let me tell ya, AP Advance handled everything like pros! It was a great experience and they did a dang good job!

I hired this company in April and they quoted me $28000 for remodeling my kitchen and bathroom, specifically the backsplash and counters. I have already paid them everything except for 10%. However, it is now November and the job is not only incomplete, but the work that has been done is of poor quality. They have also caused damage to my hardwood floors due to water leakage. It took them a whole week to come and inspect the damage, and now they are denying any responsibility for it. They have a complete lack of communication with their customers. They always promise to be here by 4pm, but either don't show up or arrive hours late. They refuse to acknowledge any problems and keep insisting that what I see as wrong is actually not wrong. My kitchens look even worse than they did before they started, and my floor is completely ruined.
