We had a great experience with Advocate in St Louis. Our customer service rep was Ryan Smith, Ryan delivered on every promise that he made. We were cautiously optimistic going into this venture but found the process to be seamless with Ryan's handling. The installation crew was quick and thorough with attention to detail. We had a special request that they completed no problem. We would certainly recommend this company, they installed our complete roof with venting and a flat roof.

I was happy with the original installation. However, when my new roof leaked after a heavy rain, I called and left a message needing emergency repair on a Saturday morning. Did not hear back right away and with more heavy rain on the way, I called another emergency repair company and now advocate will not help with that repair situation. Apparently the policy is for me to withstand more damage with the rain that night while waiting for them to come out to fix. (They came out on Monday afternoon)

The roofing crew did a good job but the office is poor at coordination and close-out. A second crew had to come back to finish the job because the roof vent was omitted on the crew instructions. Next, I have waited a month after final payment for them to issue the warranty, lien waiver and final invoice showing paid in full. I sent a text and follow up phone call to the sales person who tells me the documents are in work and will be available soon, yet more time has passed with no documents in hand.

I didn't even know I had damage until Advocate Construction showed up and offered to take a look at my roof and sure enough it had hail damage from a storm earlier in the year. The team at Advocate Construction were great to work with. They facilitated the entire process of going through insurance to get my roof replaced and didn't cost me a dime more than my deductible (actually got a little bit back). They were very professional and made sure they were available through the entire process that ended up going very smoothly. I highly recommend them.

I contracted with Advocate Construction to replace my roof due to wind damage. I was very pleased with their performance. The staff, especially their project manager, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They carefully walked me through the steps involved in working with my insurance company and their construction process. They completed the task as scheduled with excellent results. The online payment method was very convenient and efficient. I would highly recommend Advocate Construction and would gladly use them again if the opportunity arose.

We had a wonderful experience with Advocate Construction from start to finish. They replaced our roof, gutters, and a section of siding that was damaged. We had a great experience with Kevin and Elijah. They were friendly and approachable and communicated quickly and efficiently throughout the entire process. The roof and gutters look great. They really went above and beyond to match the replacement siding exactly to the siding that was already on our house. We will use Advocate for all our future needs and recommend them highly.

I was referred to Advocate Construction by a friend. My Rep. [Name of Rep] contacted me that evening and came over the next day to check out my roof. He contacted my insurance company to get the claim process started. Everything was very effortless on my part. The team did a great job and roof was replaced in a day. They did put a hole in a piece of my siding. They replaced it before requesting payment in full. This company is very professional and [Name of Rep] did an amazing job of explaining everything to me. I highly recommend this company.

I'm greatly satisfied from the sales team, adjuster, and workers. The process was easy, no complications, and my new roof was completed in two weeks. I would recommend Advocate if you're looking for professional, honest, quality work. They also take the time and patience to explain and answer any questions you have. The company also has great response time in returning phone calls. The sales team, adjuster, and myself worked together towards a great accomplishment with the insurance company. The adjuster was patient and explained things more than once when I needed him to.

This company is excellent in how it handles its customers. It also does excellent work. In my case, it was replacing a roof scarred with heavy hail. But after an initial misunderstanding, which involved an insurance payment being lost, the company worked with me to endure a satisfying result. We are still negotiating thanks in large part of my own financial crisis brought on by the COVID-19 epidemic. But I am pleased with how conscientious and patient they have been with me, and how willing to work with me. I heartily recommend Advocate Construction!

This was a multi(5) contract property with the thought we would get a discount. And we did. Well...maybe not. The work itself was of reasonable quality. However, 1) On 3 properties, we were charged for a total of 40 sheets of decking. Only 17 were replaced. (this was actually counted by me climbing into to attic !). 2) We were charged for 64 feet for ridge vent. Only 48 feet were replaced. Bottom line... follow up FACT: Statistically speaking, the roofing business has the highest incidence of fraud. Advocate Construction reimbursed for the above discrepancies. Done.

The roofers arrived on time and worked steadily even though the rain until after dark. Installing a new roof makes a mess around the house but they cleaned up every bit of it. Quality control came back the next day and inspected everything.This is a Company that will listen to any issues you might have and immediately take care of them! For your roofing needs, this is the Company you want!

I seriously cannot sing Advocate Construction's praises enough. We do NOT have a single complaint! The team at Advocate Construction was extremely professional, knowledgeable, understanding and available! They are Extremely Trustworthy. They guided us through the entire procedure start to finish and were willing to answer all questions. Advocate took great care of us and in a timely manner. We didn't feel like we were just another number or sale to them. The representative even sat with us as we called our insurance company! That is great customer service.. not just for him but for Advocate too! If you need a new roof in the *** area.. seriously.. call the representative with Advocate. You won't regret it!

In July, Advocate and I had a "hiccup" after the completion of my roof and with the issuance of a "gift card" promised in reference providing referrals. That issue was subsequently resolved. Three days ago, we discovered a leak in the roof coming from the corner of a skylight. Not knowing if this leak was as a result of the installation of the new roof, or from the skylight itself, I called Advocate as the roof was still under warranty. Robert Baser responded and inspected the area and discovered the skylight's gasket was in need of repair. Robert documented this by showing us photographs as the leak was not caused by improper installation on their part. Robert then did his best to re-seal the gasket. This was done at no cost to me. Needless to say, I was impressed with this service as Advocate could have informed us the issue was with the skylight only and not their responsibility. They did not! Robert applied sealant and we are hopeful this will rectify the issue. Kudos to Advocate Construction.

The salesman approached us and several other residents in our subdivision. We were skeptical, but he was able to share valuable information, guarantee his work, and work with our insurance. A check with the ComplaintsBoard.com showed good information. The insurance part was very easy, selection of colors was simple, and the sales team took care of the rest. Everything was on time as expected. The only issue we had (and the reason for four stars instead of five) was that it began to rain and the crew started to rush. They managed to effectively destroy my flower garden and left behind beverage lids as well. I was very bothered by this and took photos which I immediately sent to our sales contact. He was extremely responsive and sent the concerns to his supervisor who personally came out, inspected, and promised to make it right. As promised, they did reimburse us for the damage and assured us that the team that did the roof would be dealt with to insure that similar issues don't occur with others. We did also receive a discount and felt that the company, the sales team, and the supervisors were genuinely interested in making sure their service, product, and customer satisfaction were the best. In the end, I would use them again...but I'd do more to protect my gardens too.

Hopefully this will help others! Roofing companies IMO are a dime a dozen and it's hard to know when you have found a good company or a company with a good sales pitch. I just got a new roof through Advocate Construction and I highly recommend them. Their business model is unlike any I've seen or heard about. They have educated themselves on working with insurance companies to help us get the best opportunity for a fair evaluation for a roof replacement covered by insurance. They leverage a full team of experience and take a lot of the burden off the homeowner, they made sure to actively work with the adjuster to advocate on my behalf (hence the name of the company). Thru the replacement process, I honestly cannot tell you how many people came out at various times to take pictures, confirm condition prior to install, quality checks before and after the installation and then a clean process for closing out. Everything they told me they would do they did and there were no surprises along the way. Getting a new roof was a very stressful thought for me and I had spoken with several different companies, friends, contacts... along the way. It wasn't until I talked with them that I realized that they had a unique approach which is a miss by other companies and I badly needed that expertise. I knew going in there were no guarantees that insurance would cover it but IMO this was my best shot.
