My Biggest Regret!
My BIGGEST REGRET! I've lost approximately $100k in uncompleted work and lost rental revenue due to Viridi Construction, Inc., not completing my ADU as contracted. They took my money, left me with a hole in my garage, with only 25% of the job was started. This is a breach of contract. They have violated my right to create generational wealth and income. They lost their contractors license and are unable to do any type of construction work. There are hundreds of us. We've lost millions of dollars collectively. We rank from Northern to Southern California.
Recommendation: Do not use this company!

Viridi construction build adu
Mosaic released money to Viridi construction but no work has been done, did not get passed City Permits. Have requested Viridi canc our contract and return all money all that has been paid to them by Mosaic. Have filed 3 complaints with Mosaic, representatives trying to get in contact with builder Viridi to process my refund. I want my refund now. What else is there to verify Viridi has no more license to operate. Desired outcome: I want Viridi to return all funds to Mosaic and refund the money that I have paid them.

Installer job abandonment
Mosaic released money to Viridi construction but no work has been done. Paid all the disbursed money to Mosaic, check dated April 25, 2023 one for $49,500.00 and the other check $20,500.00. We entered into a contract with Viridi Construction to construct a new ADU. Unfortunately, the work has been left unfinished and failed to comply with the work schedule and timeline per the contract agreement. We received a "Mutual Termination of Contract; Settlement Agreement; and General Release of All Claims" from Maikel "Mike" Figueredo, CEO, in order to terminate the Construction Contract and get reinbursed for the unfinished work. Maikel did not fulfill his obligations in sending payments and continued to make false promises.

My project started on October 2021. Planing phase end on October 2022 and 2 weeks later building phase started and got stop on the 2nd week of January. I received a letter from Viridi saying that building process was going to take 2 weeks off due to reorganization. Well, they came to work until 2nd week of May for 1 day only and they haven't come back!...
