I had a really good experience with AOVO. I was a bit nervous to use them at first because I got scammed by another company and lost ?300. But my friend recommended AOVO to me, so I decided to give them a try. I placed my order at 4pm on Thursday 21st of October and paid for next day delivery. However, I received a message from the company saying that I wouldn't receive my order on Friday because I ordered it too late and they don't deliver on weekends. They apologized for the inconvenience and explained that they wanted to make sure I knew what to expect.

I was really stressed out because of what happened with the other company, so I messaged AOVO and explained my situation. The guy I spoke to was really understanding and said he would try to sort something out for me. I was so relieved that someone was actually listening to me and trying to help.

To my surprise, I received my order today and I am over the moon! The delivery was fast and the product is exactly what I wanted. I can't thank AOVO enough for their excellent service. They really made my day and my son is going to be so happy with his new toy.

I gotta tell ya, Aovostore is not the place to go if you're looking for a reliable shopping experience. I made the mistake of buying a scooter for my son's Christmas present back in December of 2021, and boy was that a mistake. When the scooter arrived, it was covered in scratches and looked like it had been through the ringer. I mean, come on, it was supposed to be a brand new scooter!

To their credit, Aovostore did offer me a refund of ?20, which I guess was better than nothing. But then, just a few months later, the scooter started showing some serious issues. It eventually stopped working altogether, leaving my poor son without a scooter to ride around on.

So, I reached out to Aovostore to see if they could help me out. They offered to repair the scooter, which I thought was a decent solution. But then they told me I had to send it to their UK repair warehouse in Horley, Surrey. I didn't want to pay Aovostore's fees, so I sent it via courier.

That was back in June of 2022. It's now September, and I still haven't received the scooter back. Aovostore keeps telling me that it will be here "next week" or "by the end of the month," but I'm not holding my breath. Luckily, my credit card company was able to give me a refund, but my son was without a scooter for almost a year.

I've reported Aovostore to Trading Standards and Action Fraud, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from them to think twice. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration.
