Driver 2 hours late to collect. Vehicle too small, had to wait 3 hours for rest of collection. I was told lies saying that clothes rails would be provided and clothes from wardrobes would be transfered on a taken to van, driver on the day said No, you will have to put to pack clothes, we had to put clothes in bin bags, suits and other best clothes. We were told storage was local and we could access it, truth was it was not local and no access to belongings. Driver didnt turn up on collection day, i had to re arrange date for 2 days later, i had to re arrange electrician and other deliveries. Damage to goods, 50 inch brand new tv broken, display cabinet brackets broken, chest of drawers top badly gouged as if dragged across rough surface
Recommendation: Do not use this company
They used to be good
Okay
Where do I even start? I booked AnyVan to move a sofa, 2 beds, 13 boxes, a coffee table, 26 framed pictures/mirrors, and a Tiffany lamp — a short local move just 11.3 miles away. The pickup window was 8 AM–12 PM, and drop-off was 1–4 PM. I made it clear in my booking and follow-up that I had a strict legal deadline of 1 PM to vacate the property due to.
Why are they like that?
