no service
I called AnyVan and made a booking. Said that I needed to move some pieces of furniture. They asked several questions, we discussed all the details and they said that someone will arrive next morning.
When no one arrived I contacted these guys and they said that driver was stuck in a traffic jam and asked me to wait. Waited all they and no one ever showed up, and when I tried to reach AnyVan they did not reply.
Absolutely unreliable company, should have checked the reviews first.

I used the moving service twice. Each time I choose a time slot to pick up stuff. The time has been confirmed by emails sent by AnyVan and double confirmed by online Chat staff. However, it delayed for FOUR hours for the first time and SIX hours.
Extremely terrible service! Never use them again.
