Anytime Fitness review: Will not cancel membership but have taken my key

Anytime fitnrss north dirksen parkway Springfield Illinois. Same problem. Contract ended January 31. April 15 tried to cancel. Now august. Been there twice to cancel and they still charge me even though they took the key fob so I have no access to the gym! Jamal is the owner - do not ever sign a contract with him. Does not have regular hours, does not return phone calls. Will not send me a copy of the contract! Printer is broke or computer is down - what an excuse! Terrible business practice. Now I am prepping for small claims court. BBB tried with no response from the club. The corporate oversight tried but they got no response from Jamal either. Attorney general is next then your basic lawsuit. WTF jamal?
