I just gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my recent purchase of Annie Selke queen sheets. I shelled out over $500 for 'em and boy was that a mistake. They're so rough that I might as well be sleeping on sandpaper. I mean, come on! Ain't nothing queenly about this sheet set. So if you're thinking about buying from Annie Selke, I'd proceed with caution. Stick to the clearance section, maybe.

I got this rug from Annie Selke’s website 6 weeks ago. It looks real fancy and was a perfect addition to my living room decor. But, I had a little accident last week. Workers came into my house and brought in lots of mud with them. They didn't really care about taking their shoes off before walking on my new rug. When they left I was very upset and tried cleaning the rug several times, but the mud was still there. I was very disappointed.

I decided to reach out to the store where I bought the rug and also sent an email to Annie Selke customer service. But I tell you what. I never got a response back from either of them. I am so angry! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop from this website again.

I would not recommend Annie Selke to anyone. If something goes wrong with your product, the company and store do not seem to care. Don't waste your money if you don't want to deal with all the hassle.

Dang, I got myself a big ol' rug from Annie Selke's website, thinking it would be the cherry on top of my home decor. But six months in, the darn thing started fraying at the edges. That's insane, right? So, I decided to call the store to see if they could help me out by providing a return label. Unfortunately, the lady on the other end of the line was super rude and didn't even want to provide me with an answer about how much they would deduct from my return if I used their label. She said she didn't know and hung up on me! Can you believe that?

It took me like 10 weeks just to get my money back, can you even imagine?

And here's the real kicker - when I complained about my experience, they straight up lied in their response. Talk about being dishonest, amirite? It's just really not a good look for them, you know?

I mean, I can't even tell you how many times I told them that an indoor-outdoor rug that's 6x9 would never fit in a box that small. They're just actively fraudulent, you know? You gotta watch out for these shysters, man.

Anyway, I ain't gonna let 'em get away with this. I'm gonna complain to my credit card company and I'm thinking of going to the consumer protection agency too, you know? I mean, I paid good money for that rug, and it ain't right that Annie Selke is treating me like this. Don't deal with these jokers, folks.

So, I had been drooling over a duvet cover and some shams from Annie Selke for the past few months. I'm not one to splurge on luxury items, especially bedding, considering how fast your pets can drag it dirty! But, with their Black Friday sale, they offered 20% off, so I decided to take the plunge, ignoring my better judgment against spending over $600 on just a duvet cover.

The excitement I felt upon receiving my order, quickly faded. The cover was a complete mismatch from what I had picked on their website. I immediately called customer service to request an even exchange for a different color. Unfortunately, the response I got was not something I was expecting – they don't do exchanges. I was told that I would have to return the entire set and place a new order – effectively making me pay the full price without the discount from the Black Friday sale. It was a bummer moment for me, to say the least!

So, I shipped the original product set back per their policy and tracking number showed that they received the package back on December 17. It's now mid-January, and guess what? I still haven't received over $600 that they owe me as a refund. That's when my experience with Annie Selke customer service team took a downward turn.

I have called them several times to inquire about the refund, but each response I got has become progressively ruder than the previous one. The responses I received left me perplexed, to say the least. One customer care executive told me to wait for three weeks to get my refund processed, but when I called back after three weeks, I was told to wait like everyone else since they were really busy due to the holidays.

Last week, they even sent me a copy of a credit memo showing that they have processed my refund, and I was thrilled to see my problem was finally getting resolved. However, to my astonishment, I hadn't received the refund on my credit card yet. I don't understand why they would send me proof of something that hasn't happened yet. It left me feeling frustrated and cheated.

As someone who runs an e-commerce business myself, I would be mortified if my customer care team treated anyone in this manner. It's a known fact that your customers are the backbone of your business, and if it takes over a month to process a refund, then there's definitely something wrong with your operations.

I wish I had gone through the website's reviews before placing my order. The products were heavily overpriced, shipped from India, and were nothing extraordinary justifying the high price. I second all the other reviewers who claimed that this is a dishonest and unethical company. My advice – stay away from this business!
