The product bought in the year 2024 & it was serving, It was installed by recommended expert by the retail man, whose shop was located at Ibukun olu Hospital shopping complex Igbeti Oyo State. I use in my residence (Jesu Dara villa oke Alafia Seriki qtrs Igbeti) The client no is 50195223. But it started malfunctioning in 2025, I contacted the retail man, he directed to remove all lamps for a while and reconnect, which I did. Displaying E6 & E7 was observed. I guess rough handling of switch by children can contribute to it.

Claimed loss: The loss is majorly on children education , which is unquantifiable putting their future at stake.

Desired outcome: Better replacement, evening if it will have additional cost from my end.
