Amerisave Mortgage review: Loan closed as "declined" although we did not decline

We went through the entire process, paid the $500 fee, and had the appraisal completed. We had some disagreements in regards to the appraisal and reached out to both our loan processor and the appraiser with no response. We reached out several times to our loan processor both via phone and email and did not receive a response until about 2 weeks later when she called to inform us that the loan was closed because we had "declined" it. We have since reached out to our Loan Coordinator with no response as well.
