Amerisave Mortgage review: They were told everything up front and the guy said no problem and said he had 35 years experience so I gave him 500,00 .

I was up front with everything trying to get a loan on my home which I have a life time estate and the guy said it was no problem that he has 35 years experience that everything looks great on my end. I gave him 500.00 he then turn it over to another guy and I repeated myself to him he also said no problem, well there was a problem when they got the appraisal it said life time estate just like I had told them and they canceled me then sent me a email saying I needed to send them another 570.00 that I need to pay it now. That is not what we agreed on. I want my 500.00 back
