America's Tire review: Check in procedure

I had ordered and put a deposit down on a new tire because I had a blowout and the tire came in I came down to the store I checked in on my mobile app. I said that I was second in line I stood by my car and watched two other women pull in receive help immediately without checking in online have their cars pulled into the bay and taken care of and I haven't even been spoken to yet. I find this rather insulting since we bring oliver cars here and have always done a business here. I am going to encourage my husband to take our business elsewhere for all of our vehicles including the motorhome.
