America's Spa-Mart — customer service... or should I say... lack of customer service
I purchased a new cover two weeks ago. I recieved my receipt via email immediately. Since that day I have not been contacted on the status of my order. I have no idea if it's in production, if it's been shipped, when I will get it... Nothing.
I called three times, only to be left on automated hold. Each time it was over 10 min and each time the recording said I was "first on line".
I left three detailed messages asking for a call back, including my name, telephone number and order number and have yet to receive a call back.
I would appreciate a call back. All my info is on the voice mail... Three times
