Discrimination, this particular branch is a disgrace, and openly predejuice. This location the employees are very racial discriminating against people of black race. I've banked/had an open active account with them for nearly 12 years, last month someone called and closed my account without any formal idenfication and authorization, the bank the little to nothing to help me resolve the issue or investigation, I suspect I was an inside job at this particular bank

Desired outcome: I would like an apology for the unfair treatment and a reimbursement check do to the negligence on this company behalf. I had to wait over a week for my deposit from my employer. I went through a lot of anguish and pain
