MOVE FROM Colorado to California Contract 486725. On day of move arrived in Uhaul rental trucks (2). Driver spoke Rusian, limited English. Helpers were day labors hired through Uhaul.
Extremely poor packing by the helpers, items were thrown into boxes. Brought to attention of driver.
Shipment arrived in California late in two deliveries in unmarked truck, rentals via Unhaul. Driver spoke English and Russian. Helpers were day labors via Uhaul. Unloaded items without special care, visible damage brought to drivers attention, his reply was " DON'T WORRY THE COMPANY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU". COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES MADE TO AMERICAN VAN LINES #486725. AS OF AUGUST 21, 2026 THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO CLAIM DEPARTMENT.

Desired outcome: Restore/Repair/Replace. This site does not allow upload of photo's.Will accept full payment for damages, after a company inspection or reimbursement for repair or replacement.
